Email Setup Guide

Settings for Email clients

Please update the following settings in your Email client:

  • Incoming (POP3) mail server: pop.emailsrvr.com
  • Outgoing (SMTP) mail server: smtp.emailsrvr.com

Please note that if you are having problems sending email, you may have to change the Outgoing (SMTP) mail server setting to a value provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Some ISPs impose the usage of their SMTP servers to minimize the amount of SPAM sent throught their network.

Accessing the Webmail system

The Webmail system is accessible through the following Web address:

To log in to the Webmail system, please type in your full email address into the Email address: textbox ( i.e. name@yourdomain.com ) and type in the password into the Password: textbox.

If you are having problems logging in to your email account, do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Changing your password

We advise that you change your Email password regularly to increase its security. You can easily accomplish this through our Webmail system.

To change your password, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Webmail system
  2. Enter your Email Address and current Password
  3. Click the Account Options link in the left sidebar
  4. The Change Password input section appears at the top of the page
  5. Enter your Old Password (current password) and New Password twice
  6. Click the Change button
